Design Concept
Calistoga Glen will provide a new community of homes that are not only compatible with adjacent neighborhoods, but also reflect the latest concepts in design excellence, environmentally green building techniques, and preservation of the natural setting. The final design concept employed will reflect the preferences expressed by interested neighbors and the Planning Commission during the Conceptual Design Review process. The ultimate site plan design used will depend on the value the community and Planning Commissioners place on a design approach that provides more open space by clustering the homes on smaller lots in order to provide community gardens and a small park.
