Michael Wright is President and founder of Giza Development and Giza Build, a private commercial real estate development and services company based in North Salt Lake, Utah. Giza Development has developed numerous types of projects including medical, retail, industrial, and mixed-use, as well charter school and student housing projects in Utah, Nevada,

Oregon, Colorado, Michigan, North Carolina, and Idaho areas. Mr. Wright was the former Division Manager of Sahara Development, Inc.

He has a background of 10 years in construction management and brings expertise in design/build construction, property management and leasing. Since Giza was formed in 2005, Mr. Wright has been responsible for and overseen the entitlements, construction, leasing and management of many residential, commercial, industrial, and retail projects. He has extensive

experience with master planning and aligning funding resources and the overall real estate developing process. Mr. Wright also owns seven (7) assisted living projects and one (1) skilled nursing facility. These projects

were developed from the ground up with the exception of one facility which was purchased. He has overseen the operators on each of these projects. Has helped with decision making with operations as he has worked directly with the Executive Directors and operators to help these buildings find success. Mr. Wright holds a 4-year Bachelor, Business Management Degree from the University of Utah.
